glad that my chest is shapeing itself
 

After 2 years of non-defined body, my chest is starting to show. Also my shoulders are a bit broader. My legs are a bit more defined as well. Still, that spare tire on my waist is visible and it has a negative effect on my self conscious. Because when I wear a t-shirt, my chest is visible and looks pretty nice, but then that spare tire just popus up.
My upper body is in a shape of an "X" and not "V". :/

I love this! My upper body is x-shaped too, I'd never thought of it like that. The spare tyre sucks but it will be getting smaller too, even if it isn't necessarily obvious to you. The definition will come soon in the same way as the rest of your body. Well, that's what I tell myself anyway ;)

Thanks for thumbs up. The problem is that I'm telling myself the same thing for 2 years now, but result is not here. I mean, I think that it is a little smaller, but I don't really notice it....
