I have some “actual” mini-goals (my first was losing 23lbs, or 1/6th of the way to my goal weight, which I have already accomplished!), but I can't sleep like always and I found myself thinking about how far I have to go still, but just how far I've come already... before I started on my weightloss journey, the last time I had weighed myself was for when I had my driver's license renewed – I weighed 232lbs. But last Monday when I weighed in, I was 231.8, which means I'm now lighter now than then!
My next “actual” mini-goal is to lose 46lbs (so 212) (but 218, for other reasons, will be super exciting too!), :3
And now, having got this off my mind and browsed around a bit, I shall try and go to sleep!
