nlauah, All I do is count my calories (very carefully, i weigh everything i eat). I allow myself 1200-1450 calories per day of all natural foods. Nothing processed at all.
I walk 1-2 miles per day, depending on weather, and 3-4 days per week I do some type of toning exercise (hand weights, crunches, squats/lunges, etc).
I'm set in my routine now, so these first 20 pounds came off rather easily. Here's hoping the next 20 are just as easy!
