Running MiniGoal
I'm training for a 5k, and when I first started running, I thought one minute would kill me. I used to get really bad side and shoulder cramps and was out of breath within a minute. Yesterday, I just ran my first mile straight, and today I was able to do it again without being completely out of breath. I am really proud of myself and hopefully I'll hit two miles soon! :D

Great work! You know, I was in your shoes just a few months ago (thinking a minute would kill me :p), and now I'm gearing up for my second triathlon! I have faith that you'll be up to 2 miles in no time!
