My 1st goal was to do a 15 minute mile on the treadmill(I was afraid I would fall so I wouldn't/couldn't go to fast)
My 2nd goal was on the elliptical, for 15 minutes & EVERY 30 seconds go as fast as I could FOR 30 seconds(no I don't use the arm things for that)
I even talked myself out of giving up while on the elliptical today saying I have to cut this short, I have so much to do...blah blah blah....10 more minutes ISNT going to break your whole day! So I stuck it out!!
