Default Lost 2 pounds

It's been three days. I haven't touched chocolate. I had breakfast out today and asked for a salad instead of the fried potatoes. I started taking supplements. And I lost 2 lbs. I hope that is not too mini to report. I'm happy about it.

Still digging the dancing carrot.

I tell my boyfriend this often - any success is still success, and forward momentum of any sort means you are heading the right way. So congratulations! Definitely not too small a mini goal to celebrate

Two pounds should be celebrated at your current height/weight. Mini goals are the way to go to achieve lasting weight loss. Good for you!

I've gained a bit over these summer weeks and am now desperate to lose two pounds!

Thanks kidjng! Good luck to you with your few pounds. You'll get there!

Another pound down for me, and here's an NSV: there have been two squares of chocolate in my closet since I joined this forum one week ago. I haven't touched them.
