I told myself that i needed to stay accountable, and the best way for me to do that was to write in my blog every day, even though there were days I really didn't want to, and days where I really didn't have much to say. But I can proudly say that I kept on track and wrote in it every day for the month of July (keeping track of my food and exercise, plus adding music and some musings!), and am looking forward to two months of success!!
Another mini-goal is that I have seen new numbers on the scale for the past two days! 202.9 and 202.7! I'm soooo close to onederland!!!!!!!
