I am on day two of my first week going to the gym. Its been pretty rough the last couple of days since I am not used to being active, but I know it will all be worth it in the end.
Ive spent two consecutive days for 30 minutes each doing some sort of cardio workout. I am proud of this small achievement
These half hours were while on higher resistance levels too.
I start my first day of personal training on Monday, and I am excited to begin!
