Well, I made it to the 100 club without giving up a drop of my favorite beverages.
This is a very exciting milestone for me. Strangely, I have really enjoyed my weightloss journey so far. I love the new types of healthy foods I eat and I really enjoy exercise, especially running - something I thought I never would.
And I very much like new clothes! Perhaps too much.
Diet has been important but so has the support network I get here that not only holds me accountable but gives me great tips and ideas. So thanks to all and on to goal!
