The first picture is actually when I weighed 240lbs.
I first started out at 260lbs so I was a lot bigger than the first picture.
From 260lbs to 215lbs currently, I have lost a total of 45lbs within less
than 2 months by eating right, drinking water, and good ol' exercising.
I am currently just doing cardio around my neighborhood almost every day.
I watch my calorie intake and replaced bad foods with healthier ones.
My main goal is to reach 140lbs but I am making small goals first in order to
not put so much pressure and expectation on myself.
This website has been such a big inspiration to me and I appreciate all of
you for being so supportive of not only me but to everyone else. Thank you.
