My first goal was to lose 10% of my weight. I started at 246 so I wanted to lose 25 pounds - and I have!
I don't own a scale and I only weigh myself every 6 weeks or so, so I probably actually reached my goal a week or two ago. Now I am already on my way to my next goal!
Goal 1 - 25 pounds (10%) lost = 221 pounds
Goal 2 - 22 pounds (10%) lost = 199 pounds
Goal 3 - 20 pounds (10%) lost = 179 pounds
