I'm so happy to report that I have changed my eating habits, as well as the habits of my family. I've baked and grilled more foods instead of frying them, we've incorporated more fresh veggies and fruits, green salads, and we dropped the night time snacking. We've done this for a full 7 days, and I've already lost 5 pounds! WOOOOO!!!
