    I don't have a lot to say about it. It's been slow as I've been on and off plan but mostly a downward direction. I have learned that motivation comes and goes but pushing through those times of low motivation pays off. I am confident that I'll get to goal one day but it is taking a lot longer than I thought. 7 months so far. But all I really wanted to say was....

    GREAT job!!! You're so close to your goal too in addition to losing the 30 pounds! Very exciting all around.
