Default My NSV..the dreaded hill with 100% incline.

I was hoping I could do it by the end of summer since I am so out of shape. However I have been feeling better since I started my daily walks again. I am not gonna lie, I had to take 3 breaks walking up this beast. My next goal is to walk up it without a break. I thought my legs were on fire, but the rewards were so worth it.

Sorry the pics are huge, but they are from my photobucket account.

Here is the pic of the hill.

and the reward

Thank you! I call it the money shot every time I see it. I wasn't brave enough to do it today, but will attempt it again tomorrow. I really want to walk up it by the end of summer with no breaks.

I also love rewards that are not food, I tend to reward myself that way usually.

I wanted to say that I have stuck with this for two weeks. I do it almost every day. It's a 45 minute walk uphill & down. I still haven't made it up the big one without a break. I hope to by summers end. Yesterday I added in another 20 minutes with more hills and added in jogging on the flat paths. I feel amazing. I hope I can stick with it for the rest of summer.

Still losing weight slowly, but I am hanging in there. This time feels for real.
