So it's officially been one month of changing my eating habits to healthier, counting my calories, and exercising and I've finally lost 15 pounds! In fact when I weighed I lost 16 but 15 was a major mini goal for me.
The 16 pounds down comes on top of my officially graduating college, so I'm on cloud 9!!!
20lbs lost - 7/4
30lbs lost - 8/15
35lbs lost - 8/20
40lbs lost - 9/12
