Good luck! Boring as it may be, it's still a challenge! Make sure to post again in the morning to let us know how it went.

That's not boring. That's a smart, realistic goal. I have set goals for myself as small as not getting a soda at work in the afternoon. Mini goals all add up to big success, right?

Psshhh!!!! Not boring at all!!! It would totally be a NSV for me if I could actually stick with that for a whole WEEK! You got this, Khaleesi.

Woot! I did it! I had a salad and strawberries then pretty much fell alseep for 10 hours. Hurrah! (What I really wanted was cookies then to sleep for 5 hours but I like the way things worked out.) Thanks you guys, for helping me stay in track. Really. Having to check in about my behavior kept me from mindlessness. Not overeating is always the goal but yesterday was tricky and I overcame. Thank you!
