Default 20kg Down and no longer OBESE !!!
Well after a bit of a stall and up and down by a few 100 grams for the last 4 weeks I have finalled reached 20.2kg gone. And my BMI is finally below 30. Yay. I still have a long way to go, but I have shifted my goal weight back by a few kg, just because I think it will probably be more realistic so that means I am more then half way now and pretty much EVERYONE I know is noticing and commenting on how good I look now, I can't wait to reach my goal.
