Default 2 Mini Goals, one scale and one non scale

I have been getting so frustrated and discouraged lately because my scale just would NOT GO UNDER 300 no matter what I did! Well today it showed me 299 FINALLY! I am so happy. I mean I still have a long way to go obviously, but I am very excited about finally being under 300.

My NSV was at the gym this morning I managed to stay on the elliptical for 25 minutes. My goal has been to be able to stay on for 30 minutes and I could have gone 30 minutes today but my timer stopped and I couldn't figure out how to add the extra 5 minutes to it so I just stopped. rofl I'm still considering it a victory though cause I know I could have gone longer. When I first started going to the gym 10 minutes on there was my max and I was EXHAUSTED, so this is huge for me! I will go 30 minutes tomorrow for sure!
