OK I officially decided to make change in my lifestyle on June 3rd. I have weighed in the 190s since I had my youngest (in September- in will be TEN years ago). SW:197. Today a week later I weigh 191! 6 pounds I'm super excited! I have always been a over eater. And I have been calorie counting and do surprisingly well! I also hit the gym 4 days. Id like more but I work 12hr night shifts.
So my first goal is: to see the 170s by my birthday August 24th. That's give or take a 20lb loss in 11 weeks. And i also know u loss weight more quickly in the beginning. But i am motivated and excited to see the scale keep going in the right direction!
