Default NSV-No excuse today!

So I love taking my dogs for a walk, and lately it's been raining buckets On those days, I wouldn't take my walk because I didn't want my dogs to get all muddy and wet and drag that inside.

Today, I said No Excuses!! I bundled myself up in a hoodie, put on some music, and took my sheltie for a walk (my chihuahua hates the rain lol!)!! Of course it rained harder as soon as I got the furthest from my apartment, but I just let that fuel me!!! I did two laps around the park, was completely soaked from head to toe, and felt a lot more sore than my normal walk, but I did it!

Psh, if it wants to rain every day, I Got This!!! Excuses only slow down my weight loss, and I'm tired of carrying all this fat around
