So, I've lost 8 pounds in 4 days since I've changed my eating habits. I know it's like 90 from water loss and pooping more (fibrous veggies are your friend). My new mini goal is is to not freak out when I eat something satly and the number shoots back up. Or not worry too much when I platuea(sp?) Cause it's my water weight coming back but my fat going down. Amen.
