I know I just started posting here, but I wanted to share my thrilling discovery today. When I started my newest weight loss journey back at the beginning of February I weighed in at 262.6. In the three months that I have been involved in a weight loss challenge I lost 20 pounds and I am now down to 242.5. I had to share this, because I was thinking I wasn't losing much as I had wanted to lose 10 pounds a month. When I realized I had lost 20 pounds I realized, I can do this again! A little bit at a time is still a loss and I am so thankful for it.
