Stepped on the scale for weekly weigh in and wow! 3lbs down from last week when I was expecting half a pound, putting me at mini goal of 25lbs! I can hardly believe it. That is considered a whoosh for me. I have been losing very slowly. Yesterday I tried on some pants that I had put away cuz they were too tight and they were loose! Thanks for your continued support. You all have helped me so much.
