Default Yahoo! First Mini-Goal Met

My first mini-goal was to lose 52 pounds to get down to the weight I was when I moved from North Carolina to WA state when I retired (that was in 2005). Today the scale said I'm finally there! So, I'm going camping for the weekend, and will change my signature next week to reflect the next mini-goal (which definitely will be easier to meet than losing 52 pounds!!!!!), and I think I'll change my avatar as well. Don't feel like her any more.

Thanks to all of you for always being supportive and helping in more ways than you'll ever know with getting me to this first level. It's such a feeling of empowerment to know that I'm on the right track!
