Back in 2008, I had decided, after a scare of two realitives dying in a very short time span due to weight related complications, to lose some weight. I had went from 270+ to 250-something. By no means was this my lowest weight ever (161 would take that number) but it was a heck of a start...then I got pregnant, was put on bed rest for the term of my pregnangy, and my weight slipped back up. And kept creeping up. And up. And up. I topped at 293/294 in July 2012. EGADS!
Today, I am happy and proud to announce that I am at 250.5! And still moving on down at that!
Hubby and I plan to try for baby number two, but we both agree I MUST be at a healthier weight before we attempt that. We will NOT risk my health, or that of a child, again (#1 was very premature.) Here's to one step closer! Next mini goal is only 25 pounds away...and I am but a mere 35 pounds away before we can consider #2. YEAH!
