Have been keeping saturated fats at 10 grams or less a day, since January first. I had my cholesterol, etc. checked the other day and it went down almost 80 points--everything is normal now: HDL, LDL, lipids, triglycerides. I know the scale and the clothing part is better--it's just exciting to know that it's all working on another level, too!!!
