Default Stuck in on a plateau

Feel good about how far I've gotten. But been stuck here for 3 months. Trying to get motivated somehow to lose another 10. Could use suggestions and help

I can relate! I have been stuck too for three months. However, my surgeon (who is doing surgery soon) told me NOT to change my eating plan, as it is healthful and all my labs are perfect. So I am just trying to be careful to not overeat but stay on plan. I hope you are able to work your way through the plateau soon.

I'm in the same boat! Just stick with it and hopefully once the scale starts moving the weight comes off quickly.

I've heard that sometimes you need to up your calorie intake for a little while a 'trick' your body. I listen to The Jillian Michaels podcast and she has great advice on diet and fitness. I highly recommend it. Good luck
