I've decided to mark my accomplishment by posting this thread.
Thirty pounds gone, gone, gone. These past few weeks I've felt a huge difference in how I see myself, how i dress, and I finally feel good about getting to the gym. Not in a desperate attempt to lose 20 pounds in a week, but to feel good and get my body more healthy. I don't have any photos because I don't like how I photograph no matter how much I weigh.
I had been looking at these 20 pounds as a huge drag, thinking ugh, almost another 30, but when I really look at it, I started needing to drop 50 and now it's 20 ... piece of cake !
