I feel so much better!
 

I have lost a total of 50 lbs so far and feel so much better. It's not easy... temptations everywhere but I feel commited. 70 more to go but I will be happy with anything more than 50 more. :carrot:

Awesome sailing susan! We are in the same place right now at 220 (I am a pound and a little more than you!) and the same height.

I can't believe how good my body feels every day at this lighter weight, it's like my whole body says "thank you self, for making us better and taking all that pressure off!"

I wish you luck on continuing to your goal, I know I need all the luck I can get!!

Isn't amazing how we can carry that extra weight around 24/7 and not really think about it, but when we lose it ....it feels so much better!
