NSV- Someone noticed!

Today at work, one of my friends asked "Have you lost weight?"

I've been losing weight since last year but last semester derailed everything because of my Gallbladder surgery which came with depression.

This is my 3rd week into being back on track and it's nice that someone has already noticed my progress. Makes me want to keep going! :carrot:
