I could not sleep last night so when I woke up at six today I was too tired and gave myself two more hours of sleep. When I woke up again, I was still tired but I persevered and made myself get out and going to get my morning workout in. Really happy I'm doing speedwork and easy cardio this afternoon. Hope you are all accomplishing your process goals today!
I'm retired so it's pretty hard to find a reasonable excuse not to achieve them. The only time it's a real challenge is if I've over volunteered myself. Keep up the good work -- it's definitely hard to do when we don't feel 100%.
