I started my weight loss I journy (for the 100th time!) 1 January 2013.
With that said, I also started walking again at that time. Day one, I got in .98 of a mile in 20.38 minutes, and liked to die! My first "mini" goal was to get to 16 minute mile, and I met that goal!
Today, I surpassed that goal and made it 14:08 a mile!!! Woot Woot!
I'm out of breath, full of sweat, and happy as a lark!!!
