Default Documenting a mini goal
Hi all.I just wanted to be accountable by starting this mini goal vow to get down to 180#s. I'm roughly 203 now, I was @ 202 but reasons like water have jumped my #. I will periodally update my progress for mine and others purposes (i hope to motivate others as so many have done for me). I'll come by about every 2 weeks to report my weight. Thanks for letting me make a mini goal. =)
