Thumbs up Lost 5 pounds. Yeeeey

I lost 5 pounds in the last 10 days, now I have 15 more pounds to go. I'm so proud of myself. I've never gotten this far in the weight loss process. There was always something that would discourage me. It's such a good feeling to see myself go further one pound at a time.

My husband left me and went to another city because he had lost his attraction towards me. I was going through a depression phase. There were many ups and downs that I had to overcome in order to get on the path of becoming just as beautiful on the outside as I was in!

Congrats on your loss. Sorry about the bad luck, but it it's a big step to make positive changes (for you!) during times of transition. Good luck to you

Thank you! It's great to be surrounded by such great and strong group of women!

He hasn't seen me in a while and I can't wait to see the look on his face once he comes back to visit my kids. I hope he realizes what a big mistake he made leaving me for someone else.

Once again thank you for all your lovely comments. I hope you all succeed at whatever you put your mind into !!

I will keep you uptodate

Cheers!

5lbs is 25% of your total goal, great job!! Losing the first 5 is so empowering, I am so happy for you.

Sorry to hear about your husband, I am glad you were able to take control and take care of you. That's most important for you and your children.

I will look forward to your updates. Post here anytime you want, it doesn't have to be weight related!!
