I've been maintaining for awhile, and have challenged myself with different fitness goals.
Today, I made one.
I've been working on being able to do walking lunges the whole 1/10th mile track at the gym.
Last workout, I did 80, for a total of 40 per leg. Today, I had some extra time and decided to suck it up, and go for it. 143 lunges/steps later, DONE!
I know that is not an even number, but it was one step past where I started and I was whooped!

The human body is capable of amazing things! But without the mind, it is nothing. Get your mind in gear and the body will follow!
