Started out at 165. Ultimate goal is 125.
My mini goals are as described:
1. Get under 160
2. Get to the weight I lied about on my driver license 5 years ago (155)
3. Get under 150
4. Get to my previously comfortable weight of 145
5. Get under my lowest ever adult weight of 139
6. Get under 130
7. Get to 125
I'll be posting progress photos when I can, but 5 lb increments really don't mak a difference on me, so I figure every 10 lbs is when I'll show one.
As an aside, I reached my first mini goal today. 159! It counts, right? Haha.
