Default New MG Stay on plan for a full 2 weeks/ excersize.

Ok so I made it to my NSV of staying on plan for 1 week, losing 1lb, and then losing a total of 5lbs. I am so excited that I was able to do this.

So here is my next mini goal-

Mini goal- Stay on plan for 2nd week
Excercize 15min a day
Be happy about it.
Accept/ Love myself for who I am today.


i will hopefully be updating daily on this thread excluding the weekend. if anyone would like to join in. That would be wonderful!!!

Day 8. First day of my 2nd week. I am out of cigarrettes and broke. Im pretty sure everyone is like well thats great! perfect time to quit right? Well thats what im thinking to but im worried its going to cause me to be more hungry. So here goes cuz i havent got much of a choice till Friday. Im going to do my best to stay on plan and excercize today. have a great day everyone!

Day 9. 2nd day into 2nd week.
I was on plan yesterday but i am holding firm at my weight of 213.4.
So yesterday i donated blood and i know that it usually takes about 45 min to donate a liter but yeserday literally 15 min and i was done. at first i was like awesome that was quick. but when i got home i felt so drained. i felt so tired. I went to be at like 7pm and didnt wake till this morning and starving. lol but i had my usual egg with some meat. it was good. glad im feeling better and need to remember to drink lots of fluids.

Day 10 - whew what a dewsy ive started my lovely (.) it has bloated me up and dont feel to well. but just trying to remind myself this is just old aunt flow at her finest. lol

i am on plan and workin it. feeling good and feeling healthier and healthier.

Day 11

i got a little side track last night went over by about 30-50 cals. Im not gonna act like its the end of the world though. Im actually patting myself on the back! I have been having aunt flow cravings all week! I finally gave in with one of those tiny cookie dough ice creams from dreyers. I ate it slowly and what do you know half way through i was done. I really just wanted a little bit of something sweet how crazy is that me? I only ate half? Since when does that happen? lol But im doing good. Day 11 and just for today i want to choose to eat healthy and be a little better healthier me.

Day 14!

Woohoo!!!! I did it!

I got a little over yesterday but weight in at 213.4 and actually im proud of myself. I maintained all the way through aunt flow. Usually when I get my (.) I go over. I have no self control but, thanks be to God I made it!
