You would think that would be a sale right? Not today! as of today I have lost 25% of my body weight and am almost 1/2 way to my total goal. :carrot:

25% of body weight - wow.

And - I have gone from a BMI so high the scale wouldn't read it (which means it was over 50) to a BMI of 36. Yes it is still obese, but it is moving down fast.

I can't wait to see my doctor's reaction tomorrow. :D

Awesome!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:What a great way of looking at it! And congrats on the lower BMI, I am working my butt off to get mine down after a doctor implied I was less of a person with such a high BMI. I don't know if I will ever see him again but it will make me feel better.
