Ok so I have been steadily losing about 3-4 lbs a week. Well last week when I hit 137 I was thrilled cause one more pound meant my BMI would be 24.9 which is normal weight. I would no longer be over weight. Well that pound took me 1 whole week to lose. The only mistake I made was having a burger on my daughters birthday, she wanted to eat at an all burger place and since her birthday is on Xmas eve every year we make holiday food, such as tamales or turkey. We decided to take any requests from her this year.
Anyway I am so proud of myself and feel a little more motivation! Looking to hit the 120's next!
