Default Goals for this year (and beyond)

I am close to the heaviest I've ever been. Have lost 3.4 pounds since New Years, and would like to keep it going. BMI is currently 37.

My goals....

Reduce BMI. I would like to have reduced my BMI to 35 by the end of April. I am not looking at a miracle or a fad diet – just hard work and sensible eating. I would like to hit 200 lbs by January 1st, 2014....and there's no reason I can't go farther if I keep myself focused.

BMI Targets

BMI 35 – 223 lbs (lose 17 lbs)
BMI 30 – 191 lbs (lose 49 lbs)
BMI 25 – 159 lbs (lose 81 lbs)

Yes, focus...me, too...guess all of us. I'm back after losing and re gaining, and it's because I lost focus.
Anything is possible if you want it enough. I believe that every day, and it's also amazing how good it feels to not be on a food hunt all the time. Self discipline feels pretty good!!
Stay well!

I have found making my Mini Goals small has made it feel more doable, and I get more frequent rewards and feelings of accomplishment. But that is just me.

You can do this!
