I have been working on my weight since January of 2012, and at the end of November I reached my goal of 169, which puts me in a healthy BMI of 24.9. I want to lose more, but I am so thrilled with my body even at this weight!
I joined Weight Watchers but followed a low carbohydrate eating plan, which works better for me.
