Down 2 lbs this week and I'm thrilled. I am only weighing myself once a week. The first 6.5 lbs came off without effort over a number of months and that's what got me inspired to start this journey. This past week has been the real test. Would the changes I had made actually have an effect? How much of an effect if any? The answers are yes and 2 lbs!
I know 2 lbs is nothing but this was telling. It says I can sustain this for the long term. It says I don't need to starve. It says my dream of a cute summer wardrobe is possible.
I am tickled.
