Great job! I agree that you look much happier and much younger already.

For what it's worth, I'm the same height as you are and I set my sights on 154 today after reading that that's the top end of the range for a healthy BMI.

Hi Teresa! I started my journey July 2012. I was doing the slimfast diet till Dec. Now I'm eating 1200 calories a day. When possible I love walking. I've walked up to 8 miles daily. Now that winter is here I'm not walking hardly at all. So I've been riding my exercise bike. I free style lift weights that i bought at WalMart.

I'm overwelmed by all the support from everyone here. Thank you all so much.
