Smile First post at 3FC and my current Mini Goal

This is my first post on this message board and I thought I would start with something positive, like a mini goal. I am 3.2 lbs away from 215 lbs and another 5 lbs. down. The next mini goal is another 5 lbs., then my 10% goal, which is 208. I'm doing Weight Watchers and implementing The Beck Diet Solution principles to my life right now. Looking forward to success!

Welcome Stacey! Sounds like you are doing great!

There are forums for both Weight Watchers and The Beck Diet Solution here on 3FC. They are a great source of information and support.

Hi Stacy,
I'm new too. Congrats on your mini goal. Mine is 162 by Dec 27. Might be too tall of an order with the holiday tripping me up. Do you celebrate this time of year? If so what are your plans?
