Jan 1st Mini Goal??
Who has a goal for Jan 1st? If so what is it?

My goal is to be eating well, meaning within my caloric needs and not eating after 8pm. I've always planed to do this, and then i fall off the wagon somewhere. I want to succeed this time.

I'm shooting to achieve my mini goal of reaching Onederland! So 199 (or less if possible).

Hmmm, this is a good idea. I'd like to lose another 3 kilos by then, although it's only a month away so I'll have to work hard!

I would love to be in the 260s -- if I can get to 265 which I admit is a lofty goal (lol) I will be at my lowest weight since 2010 before conceiving my son! Regardless, I just want the scale to keep going down. I think at least 269 which would be doable if I stay focused!

I'm 165/166 right now, and I would LOVE to be in the 150s. A challenge goal I have is 150 by Valentines day, so the less I have to lose in the month of January, the better!

I had a goal of 168 by January 1st. Even if I get to 169 I will be ecstatic!!!
