Thumbs up Type 2 no more!!!

Week 4 i am down 30 pounds. I am off all meds and my blood sugar is on the low end of normal. 1 month ago i was indire straights. This is simply amazing. And my wife and i have been having fun learning a new lifestyle.

We're partying less hardy actually - that is helping a lot. We are also rediscovering fun, healthy, and cheap things to do that we just simply forgot about. Has really reinervated our relationship.
