I had the same problem but I have been logging everything I eat and logging when I workout. There are lots of food log apps out there or just keep a log on paper. You can do this!!

Keep on trucking, I had the same problem! I just eat at a set time each day for dinner, and I think I just naturally got into the habit and lost the urges.
