This weekend I reached 75 lb lost! Since I'm not totally sure what my end goal will be and I'm now more than halfway to a healthy BMI I'm going to count it. Close enough, right?
In the first picture (Easter 2011) I was approximately 290 lb. I started my weight loss journey the next month. The second and third pictures were taken this morning with a weigh-in of 213.4! 75.6 lb lost! Woohoo!
Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
