So, my goal was to lose 30 pounds by New Years, but I hit it 3 months early!!!! I nearly cried when I stepped on the scale this morning!
I am so proud of myself. I've done most of what I've accomplished alone. I am the one who tells myself what to eat, when to workout, and what to think, and it's taken me almost 20 years of dieting to realize that no doctor could ever help me. This is something I had to do on my own time in my own mindset.
My ultimate goal is still 50 pounds away, but it's one step at a time. I've come so far; there's no time for me to give up.
So, here's to another 30!
