Out of the 200's: 31 pounds lost!
I'm extremely proud of myself. I'm down to 195 (starting weight was 226.8). I've gone through some financial situations these past two months but I still managed to stick to my W.W! I think my hypochondria, my health deteriorating the beginning of the year, and my college health class is really pushing me forward to being healthy. I want to live long and prosper, and I finally realize the only way I'm going to have a good shot at that is by taking care of myself and saying goodbye to the high-saturated fatty foods that are spiked with high levels of sodium. That and regular exercise! I hope everyone is sticking to becoming a better them and I'll post photos at my 60 pound mark. <3
